Throughout my career, I've built sustainability programs from the ground up. I started as the first full-time sustainability professional at a mid-sized architecture firm. I then joined a large international firm, where I developed a regional sustainability model that was replicated across other regions. Most recently, I was the first full-time sustainability team member and first Director of Sustainability at a large residential architecture firm.
Now, I help architecture firms turn sustainability ambitions into clear, actionable strategies tailored to their business, people, and projects. Together, we'll cut through the complexity, identify what matters most, and make sustainability practical enough to put into action.
